If you want to make a habit stick or continue working towards the "six-pack" look and improve functionality of your core, the 21-Day Core Habit 2 is for you. The new challenge uses the same training method as Core Habit I, but with different exercises of intermediate level. In the next 21 days you will be training your abs every day. You will be doing exact same workout for the entire 3 weeks. This help you to measure your progress and to stick to the routine day after day. Parallel to getting you "six-pack", you'll also learn how to successfully make exercise a habit. ▪️What about nutrition? What you eat is integral part of my programs.
